HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our head office ships purchases everyday out of the business weekday. All orders take 1-3 business days to process
and be shipped out the next following business day, with tracking information emailed. In any case the shipping process is prolonged for any reason you will be notified by email, as soon as possible. Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time may vary. Delivery times do not include Sundays, or holidays. Please be aware before planning a purchase.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped USPS standard. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order, plus an additional
3-5 days for order delivery.
WHAT IF MY POSTER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please be advised when purchasing "Prints" of any kind
there is always a danger of prints being damaged by the shipping process beyond our offices.
If for any reason your print purchase is damaged please contact us ASAP to report a damaged shipment.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At this moment we only offer shipping to Canada.
WHAT TERMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit/debit cards via PayPal, but a PayPal account is not needed to check

HOW GOOD IS YOUR PRINT QUALITY?
All prints are created with large format printers in order to produce vibrant colors & the highest of quality.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, all items sold through our store are for final sale, as we allow no returns or exchanges.
If a mistake was made on our behalf we will be more than happy to fix it, within a timely manner once notified.
WHEN ARE NEW PRINTS ANNOUNCED?
Jorgey announces release dates for new products through various social media sites such as
Twitter & Instagram. Please be sure to follow to stay up to date with all new releases.
